Bev Sapre
Prof Bhairavi Sapre is a Consultant Psychiatrist working in Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and is Joint Clinical Lead of The Cheshire and Mersey Specialist Perinatal Service and Clinical Director of Perinatal Service in her trust. She is the Strategic Clinical Advisor to the Cheshire and Merseyside Perinatal Lead Provider Collaborative.
She is a Schwartz Round Facilitator and qualified in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and is a Mentor with the Point of Care Foundation who deliver the national Schwartz Round Programme. She is the RCPsych NW Division Mentorship Lead.
She is an External Committee Member for the Westminster Centre for Research for Veterans at the University of Chester and one of their Visiting Professors. She is the Deputy Chair of the BMA Regional Consultants Committee and a member of the BMA UK Consultants Committee.
She is also an Army reservist, serving in the Royal Army Medical Corps with 22 years’ service, holding the rank of Lt Colonel, with 206 Multirole Medical Regiment, Northwest.
She is Armed Forces Clinical Lead in her NHS Trust. She has previous experience working in her in ADHD and Autism Diagnostic Service and has in interest in Neurodiversity in Perinatal Psychiatry and has an interest in the diagnosis and treatment of neurodiversity during the perinatal period.
