EE awareness training
This workshop may be of interest to both members and non-members and is presented with the aim of teaching delegates about the EE Standards and the award process. The workshop will also provide an understanding of good practices for creating a healthy psycho-social environment for providers and recipients. It provides a forum to:
- learn more about Enabling Environments
- reflect on the application of the standards in developing your service
- build relationships with other services with similar goals
- develop a greater understanding of the award and assessment process.

Preparing for Assessment Training
This workshop is aimed at EE member services who are preparing to take part in the Enabling Environments Award process. It assumes that participants have a basic understanding of Enabling Environments and the Award process. The workshop is designed to:
- Enhance your understanding of how to build your portfolio.
- Share tools and tips for gathering evidence.
- Provide a comprehensive overview of the EE process.
- Create a space for you to ask questions and engage with other like-minded services.

EE Assessor training

EE service clinics
Clinics are held regularly and are for members only. These online group meetings allow you to ask a Lead Assessor questions about your EE process and benefit from discussions with other services.
Each clinic offers a supportive space to explore key aspects of the EE process, including:
- how to get started with the EE process
- ideas for progressing your EE when one or more standards are not yet met
- strategies for gathering evidence for specific standards
- approaches to overcoming apathy from providers or recipients
- what to do when specific criteria seem inapplicable
- clarifying and applying assessment guidelines.

EE annual forum
The EE Annual Forum is a valuable opportunity for both members and non-members to come together to share experiences, explore current practice, and engage with others interested in enabling environments. The event includes a range of sessions designed to support learning, reflection, and connection across different settings.
