Nicole Chan

Research Assistant

Nicole joined the NCCMH as a research assistant in July 2025.

She brings broad expertise in both primary and secondary research methodologies, with experience leading service evaluations, conducting systematic reviews, and collaborating on multi-partner consortium projects across mental health and public health domains.

Prior to joining the NCCMH, Nicole worked as an associate in a specialist eating disorder clinic, adopting a compassionate and person-centred approach to support individuals through their recovery. She also worked as an academic mentor in a secondary school, providing both educational and pastoral support to students.

Drawing on her background and experiences, Nicole is particularly interested in bridging clinical insight and research to drive systemic improvements in the quality and delivery of mental health care.
