The 2025 RCPsych Awards are now open – we need to know of your colleagues, mentors and trainees in psychiatry who have gone that extra mile and impressed over the past year!
Which people or teams have inspired you, with their dedication and commitment? Please let us know by putting them forward for an award.
About the awards
The RCPsych Awards mark the highest level of achievement in psychiatry.
This year’s event will have 18 categories including individual awards for psychiatrists of all grades as well as awards to recognise the work being done by teams in mental health care.
We want to make sure our awards are truly reflective of the breadth, diversity and talent of our membership and are encouraging entrants from right across the UK, in all of our categories.
The closing date for entries is 5pm on 13 June 2025.
Spreading the word
This year we’re trying to spread the word even wider and are encouraging employer bodies to help us publicise the awards.
Our new awards page for employers contains posters, social media banners and other resources to help ensure every member, and wider mental health teams, hears about the awards and can make a nomination.
Announcing the shortlist and winners
We’ll announce the shortlists in the summer and present the winners at the RCPsych Awards Ceremony on 6 November.
