Dr Caroline Ardron is a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist working for Sussex Partnership NHS Trust. She is the Training Programme Director for Core Trainees and the Professional Support Tutor for Resident Doctors for the Trust.

She has an interest is in supporting health care professionals involved in serious events and is a member of the 网曝黑料 Working Group on the Effect of Suicide and Homicide on Clinicians and the sub-working group on supporting Resident Doctors through Inquests.

Through this she has been involved in facilitating and rolling out Inquest Supervisor training.

She has received an Excellence in Medical Education Award from the Trust for 'Supporting Undergraduate and Postgraduate Doctors'.

Outside work she has an interest in the arts and has facilitated 'Cinemas of the Mind' discussions for Psychotherapy Sussex and judged the poetry competition for the South Eastern Division.
