Spirituality and Psychiatry SIG Webinar | Suffering and Spirituality: Implications For Mental Health

Event Information

Suffering is not optional in human life, and involves distress about suffering as well as its direct effects. For many people, the language of faith can help them to find meaning in their suffering. In this webinar, three speakers will explore from differing faith perspectives how to support people who are experiencing mental suffering of different kinds. The webinar will provide a space to compare, integrate and dialogue with these perspectives. There will be time for questions and discussion with participants.
